DNA Tests in NY.

 

Due to New York state law, we are unable to sell or send at-home DNA collection kits to addresses in New York state.

For paternity testing in New York, authorization from a lawyer or doctor is required, along with the presence of a witness (a 'disinterested third-party').

 

This regulation applies to both legally binding and non-legally binding tests.
